Lymphatic Therapy

Rarely is there a disease which is not due to lymphatic obstruction.
— Andreas Mortiz

The lymphatic system is the most powerful system in your body and it is surprisingly neglected. Even healthcare providers get very little education about the lymphatic system’s role in health.

The lymphatic fluid is the clear liquid that surrounds the cells of your body. So, your body is like this bag with liquid, or this fish tank with water. If the fish and the coral aren’t doing too well in this aquarium, we better check the pump and filter first because we need enough oxygen in the tank.

With the occurrence of trauma (physical or emotional trauma is stress), the tissue contracts, twists and compresses. The fluid flow becomes obstructed. - Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, osteopath

If the body can’t get rid of cellular waste during the healing process, inflammation occurs and simply stays in the tissues causing pain. If it can’t get out of the body, you can’t get better.

If you have chronic pain or illness like Lyme, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, etc., you will have a lymphatic problem. You just need to discover how much.

Our first aid to the body is to relieve it from the burden of waste and toxic substances so its regulatory self-healing mechanisms can function again. – Dr. Perry Nickelston.

When blood and lymphatic flow freely though, the tissues can perform their physiologic functions without impedance. Therefor: Drain and the body will recover!
